  1. Product Sales (Retail)

We sell multiple brand products including Computers, Laptops, Mobile Phones, Tablets, Gaming gear, and Accessories.

3.1 Product Descriptions and Pricing

  • Accuracy: We aim to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices of products are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in packaging or appearance.

3.2 Orders and Acceptance

  • Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

3.3 Returns and Refunds (Products)

  • Cooling-off Period: In accordance with UK law, you have 14 days to cancel your order for a full refund if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Denoft Tech provides technical services including:

  • Data Recovery
  • Software Installation & Hardware Upgrades

4.1 Service Authorization

By submitting a device for repair, you authorize Denoft Tech technicians to perform necessary diagnostics and repairs. You grant us permission to access the device and data required to perform the service.

4.2 Data Loss and Backups (Important)

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to back up all data (photos, contacts, files, software) before submitting a device for repair.
  • Liability: Denoft Tech is not responsible for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the repair, upgrade, or data recovery process.
  • Data Recovery Services: Data recovery is not guaranteed. If we are unable to recover data, a diagnostic fee may still apply depending on the complexity of the attempt.

4.3 Warranty on Repairs

  • We offer a specific warranty period on our repairs. (Please ask in-store for details on specific repair types).
  • This warranty covers the specific part replaced and the labor involved.
  • Exclusions: The warranty is void if the device shows signs of new physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse after the repair.

4.4 Unclaimed Devices

Any device left at our facility for more than 90 days after notification of completion (or notification that the device is unrepairable) will be considered abandoned. Denoft Tech reserves the right to dispose of or recycle the device to recover costs.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • Denoft Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the price paid by you for the product or service.
  1. Privacy Policy

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
